Anne Waugh Moore became concerned as she observed the children in her life becoming increasingly consumed with their phones and social media. She watched them making both good and poor decisions online and saw their firsthand experiences with cyberbullying. She wrote this book because she believes it’s never too early to educate the coming generations to make better online decisions and to choose to be kind, especially online.

Anne is a retired pediatric radiologist residing in Kansas City with her family and two dogs, Bubba and Bella. Violet’s Gone Viral, is her first book. An avid Chiefs, Royals, and Kansas Jayhawks sports fan, she enjoys reading, running, estate sale shopping, mahjong, singing, and traveling, especially to national parks.
